In Mark 16:1-8, when the women go look for the crucified Jesus, they encounter a man in white, sitting in the tomb. They are told, "He has risen," and the evidence given to them is the same given to us 2000 years later: an empty tomb. The resurrection changes everything, and in spite of the fear, trembling, and bewilderment we may experience in our own personal journeys, we are urged to obey, hope, and live with joy.
